Using this site
This website provides information about our surface-protection services and lets you request a free assessment. You agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information. Submitting a request does not, by itself, create a binding contract for services.
Assessments & quotes
Any estimates, timelines, savings figures, or recommendations shared online or before an in-person visit are provided in good faith and for general guidance. They may change once we assess your property and surfaces in person. A firm price and scope are confirmed in a written quote.
Service agreements & workmanship
Work we perform is governed by the specific written quote or service agreement you approve, which sets out the scope, price, and any product or workmanship warranty. Results depend on the condition of the surface and proper care afterward; protection extends the life of a surface but does not make it permanent or indestructible.
Referral program
Our referral program rewards you for connecting us with clients who go on to have work completed. Specific reward details, eligibility, and timing are described when you join and may be updated from time to time.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, images, graphics, and the RigoGuard name and logo — belongs to RigoGuard Surface Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. The GoNano name and technology belong to their respective owners.
Website “as is”
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
